You may be interested in changing your lifestyle a little bit…
You may want more energy. Think more clearly. Be more productive at work or home. Maybe not be angry when you get home from work. Lose 5 pounds, lose 200 pounds, attract a sexy hot mate, and attract a new employer or sale. You might be stressed out from a physical, mental, or emotional issue.
What can help with that?
When we look at the current news and data we see that cancer is soon going to prey on 1 out of 2 people sometime within their lifetime. Heart disease is 3 out of 5; diabetes is skyrocketing like a missile and heading into a plague of some sort! Ultimately there are 120 or more autoimmune diseases that have come on to the scene in the last 15-20 years! It doesn’t take much thought to realize we are doing something wrong. What is it?
We look around and say, “something has to be changed,” we need to take responsibility of our own life. That includes the area of influence we each have and move forward towards a solution. If that’s done we have a chance. There is a growing consciousness worldwide; we are looking at ourselves and seeing what We can change about us. Not focusing on the problems of others. It’s about You and me moving towards a better lifestyle with the choices we make each day. We can move forward living principled lives and making an impact both individually and collectively.
The first question to be asked of ourselves is; are we taking care of our body and environment in a manner that is respectful to it?
Or is it acceptable to satisfy our hunger by eating a cow that has been knee deep in crap it’s whole life? Hopefully we all responded, “Wow I don’t think that’s a good idea.” And then we start to honor and respect where our food is coming from.
One of the keys and one of the easiest things to do when we are changing our lifestyle is to look at the sources of where our food is coming from, and say, “I want to have things as close as possible to the way they are grown or made or form they come in.” Now this will spur you on to get rid of the white refined sugar, the white refined flour, the processed foods, the MSG and other excitotoxins that inhibit brain function. Start eliminating the chemical cocktails and colors that are in every type of food. You can imagine the food on the shelf is made to sell and to be appealing to your eye. Start buying foods with the end result in mind. Start today by making a conscious choice of, “I am eating this food for the results it’s going to give me.” This differs from, “this is going to taste good,” because the taste buds deceive.
Experts in the field of food chemistry create many foods and flavors in the laboratory. They can make things taste like anything you could ever imagine and they can put it into anything you want. It’s not the actual natural food you were wanting; it is a “TLC” Tasty Laboratory Creation. If you want a pudding that will last for more then three days on the shelf you better add some chemically modified starch. If you want a juicy thanksgiving turkey flavor like grandma used to make you can get it in a glass of water, with the right chemicals added to it. So if you think about that you start saying, “boy I better start looking at my sources.” We start to realize that if we are putting chemicals in our body the body needs to be able to recognize them or we are going to start having more problems.
Our kidney and our liver are not made to filter out synthetic chemicals. They can be damaged by the size of the molecules or the chemical reactions they may make. This could create some serious long-term problems as well. The body is made to utilize and work with natural organic molecules!
With that thought start making some wiser choices and the rest will start falling in line. It can be tough to make radical changes all at once so just start with something, take some steps in the right direction every day!
Be Blessed!
